A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored...

Each time I send a new e-mail I get a box that says the following: "A
program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do
you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you
should say No." Then it gives me the option to say "Yes" and specify a time
limit on it or to say "No"

I always say no to it, but it won't go away, it remains and comes up each
time I send an e-mail. How can I get rid of this program that's trying to do
this?

thanks

Are you using Outlook 2002 SP3?
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems has a list of
applications known to trigger the warning - since it happens when you reply,
it sounds like it's the acrobat addin. Instructions on disabling it are at
that url.
