A program group folder pop up at every login

I have 2 user accounts in my Windows XP (SP2).
When I login as user A, it is normal.
But when I login as user B, there is always the same folder of a certain
installed program pop up at the desktop. Why does it happen?

I forgot the name, but it should be a normal folder that I created long time
ago.

The folder being pop-up is "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\"
