A new version of Guide+ available for download?

After all these years, a version is actually available for download?

https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894

Will it work with AIW products?

Erm, pages linked to on the ATI support site just resolve to the main
page, Aloke. :-(

Best to either post a roadmap (i.e. from the main page click <link> ->
<link> -> etc or a link to the download itsef.

All part of ATI's grand design to be helpful - NOT!

Aloke, this just leads to

"# Your session has expired and the action has not been completed. If
you entered data in the previous screen and would like to save them,
follow these steps.1) Click this button.
# 2) Select your unsaved text, press the Ctrl+c to copy it.
# 3) Refresh your browser and begin your process again.
# 4) Press Ctrl+v to paste your data in the appropriate text box.

If you just want to restart your session and discard any possible
unsaved data from the previous screen, click below."

As I said before, you can't link directly to ATI support pages any
more. You can either post a roadmap (decription of how to get to the
page from http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html) or a link to the
download itself - _not_ the page it's on.

ATI Customer Care > Drivers and Software > Windows XP > TV Tuners > TV
WONDER ELITE >

That should get you there.

Brilliant! Thanks, Anthony!

It would seem it's only offered for the Wonder Elite tuner, though,
Aloke, so presumably that's all it's meant for use with.

I have seen someone post on Rage3d that it works with his AIW.

I have stopped using MMC until the next update (it has been 4 months.. they
better have a good release after all this time !!). It is back to using a
VCR!! and WatchHDTV, a brilliant program for watching (but not recording)
the digital channels on HDTVWonder.

I downloaded and installed from the link

Seems to be working just fine on XP with a 9800Pro AIW
The install version shows as 1.0.0.44

I performed a listings update - no problem there either

FWIW

Cheers

Um, YES - if you agree with me that the mouse pointer DOESN'T disappear
when you're using the listings as a feature --- heh heh heh

That's about the only thing that I see different in this version.
So far it has been stable and usable.

Cheers

My pointer used to do that. Unchecked something or other and it fixed it for
3-4 reboots, and then it would start doing it again. For months i searched
for another answer. Then one day somebody posted a registry hack in a forum.
I can not remember where. After doing it that problem has never occurred
again.
