A message in Outlook won't delete or move

I have a email message that cannot move or be deleted. When I try to add a
rule to it, it won't move. I try every view to try and delete it, but it
won't. However, I do get a message that says 'Some items could not be
deleted. They were moved or already deleted, or access was denied'. Even
though the message is there. Is there somewhere on the Exchange server I can
delete it? Help please!!! tHANKS

Highlight the message, hold down the shift key and press DEL on your
keyboard.
