how do i delete phish message when access denied

The email is prompting for a popup which I am concerned is viral. The error
message states that some items can't be deleted they were either already
deleted or access was denied. I can't delete, and can't move it to the
delete folder.

That's not a viral message. Can you delete it if you hold down Shift while
deleting?
