Have outlook 2003 and exchange server 2003.

Is there a general rule to take all email from a users mailbox to the user
local pst file. Or does it have to be done manually?
Thanks

You can create a rule that acts upon all mail, certainly, and have it copy
into a folder in the PST. You can also create multiple rules and sort the
mail into separate folders. You can also change the delivery location from
the Exchange mailbox to the PST, which will remove everything from the
Exchange mailbox and put it in your PST. Others won't be able to see your
calendar reservations, though.
