A foxpro program wont run in windows XP Home edition

I have a critical program that I use and it works in windows 95 and windows
98 but it won't open in windows xp home edition.

When I double click on the icon I get the error message

system error : divide by Zero or Overflow Error.

I have tried tweeking the boxes on the compatibility window but it still
doesn't work.

This is a new computer, so do I have to uninstall windows xp (home edition)
and install windows 98 (if I can find a disk that is) or is there some other
way to get it to work on this system?
