A Forward or reply email, stays in outbox and keeps resending

When I send a new email, all is okay. When i forward or reply to an email,
the message stays in the outbox and is resent everytime send/receive is
initiated (every minute). This results in the receipient receiving hundreds
of the same email from me. I have to manually delete the message from the
outbox. I have Norton Antivirus running... Any suggestions?

I would change your send/receive intervals to 5 or even 10 minutes to avoid
causing any timing issues with the server. Also, you don't need to scan
incoming/outgoing mail and it won't affect your security, so try turning that
off.

It's usually a bum e-mail address on the same ISP server. Double click on
the message and check the e-mail addresses. If all look valid, remove one,
and send again. Repeat until the message is sent.
