A domain controller could not be found for the specified domain

When I start my laptop, the first message that appears is "A domain
controller could not be found for the specified domain.†The window's
caption is "Windows Security Message". This message started appearing after
I recovered Windows. It was never connected to a domain and is not connected
to one now. Once I click OK, the laptop operates normally.

Any idea on how I can get rid of this message?

what is your OS Type? Home or Pro?

I tried to capture the window (Alt+PrintScreen), but it didn't work.
