a different memory problem

Whenever I try to reply to an email or create a new email, I get an error
message saying there's not enough memory.

However, I don't have any messages in the outbox folder, nor do I have
McAffe or Norton or another antivirus software running.

I do have 32 bit Vista Home Premium.

Any ideas?

One possible cause for that error is account corruption.
Delete that mail account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate
the account.

If that doesn't fix it, consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail:
