9800 Pro Tv-Out Problem

I just got myself a Crucial Radeon 9800 Pro graphics card and the TV out is
giving me problems.

I am connecting it to my TV via S-Video.
The TV is a Toshiba 25" 4.3
I`m in the UK and all settings are for PAL

There are black borders top and bottom of the screen, about 2 inches, and
the vertical adjustment is at max. I have noticed however that there is not
setting for a 50Hz display, it just gives me 60Hz (NTSC?).
I changed the jumpers on the board to PAL but that made no difference.

The picture is perfect except for the black borders.

Any help appreciated

Download the Omega drivers - they have enabled Overscan.

I suspect it's disabled on the official drivers to try to reduce video
piracy.
