867282 885250 fails to integrate

The subject critical updates fail to integrate with my XP pro installation
share. All the other February updates slipstream correctly. I've tried the
cmdlines.txt method to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have also experienced the same issue with both of these Hotfixes. The rest
integrate.
