hi
this file is used to store user dictionary entries. that's used when word
autocompletion is enabled. it's located in "%useprofile%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Office" folder.
i've two versions of this files, one at home and one at the office. both has
entries. i need to merge them together and make a file to include both files
entries to be used at home and the office. since i may add some other entries
later too, i need a simple utility or know how to do it to write a program to
do it.
is there any way and if yes, what is it?

Download the add-in from
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm and use it to
create two documents, one containing the AutoCorrect entries from the home
computer and the other containing the entries from the office computer. Manually
combine the two documents into one document that contains all the entries.
Finally, use the add-in to reload both computers with the combined document.
