811493: Security Update (Windows XP)

I have downloaded this thing 25 times in the past two to three weeks over and
over. It keeps coming up as an update but it is shown as a successful
update. I don't understand why it continues to say its a new update
everytime I start up. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Can email me
at (e-mail address removed)
