811493: Security Update (Windows XP)

I have succesfully downloaded and installed 811493:
Security Update(Windows XP)via Windows Update on 3
occasions, yet each time I re-visit MS the same file is
listed as a Critical Update needed by my computer
(running XP Professional). I always re-start the
computer after such downloads, whether or not the system
requires it. Does anyone else have this issue..??
 
Bruce you could try switching off your anti virus program whilst downloading
updates

Also but not always, switch off email programs that self retrieve!
