I'm trying to install XP SP2 and it fails stating Error
Code: 80200010.

I can't find this code anywhere so I'm not sure how to
proceed in completing the installation. Thanks for any
help someone can provide.

80200010 corresponds to BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED error.
This is a error from BITS service during download of the patch

BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED

The network card is inactive or disconnected. All jobs are placed in the
BG_JOB_STATE_TRANSIENT_ERROR state.

you can check if you network card is disabled or not. another post suggests
to enable it.
