I have better chances of getting help here than on
networking, so here it is:
I have a linksys network between 2 XP's. They can both
get on the internet and have the same workgroup name, but
they can't see each other. I have a router/switch/AP and
I have ran Home Networking Setup wizard on both computers
using gateway, no internet connection, and hub, but still
they can't see each other.I can also print on a printer
connected directly to the AP through the Ethernet switch
from each computer. I tried to ping them from office to
bedroom and vice versa but each time I get "request timed
out". But when I ping to printer they connect alright.
Please Help
Thanks in advance!

Do you have any firewall software installed and active on either PC?
What about XP's Internet Connection Firewall? If so, try turning off
all firewalls and then see if your PCs can see each other. If so,
you'll have to reconfigure the firewall rules.
