Snail Mail... No isp is going to take an att that large.

Alan

Most emails system only, and usually, allow a max of 10MB of storage. To
send that 79MB video out, try to "zip" it (See WinZip) or Yenc(??) endoe it
and break it down into smaller files.

The problem in doing so is not a technical one, but rather that
your ISP almost certainly has a size limit much smaller than
this. The recipient would likely have a similar problem.

Consider posting it to a web site and telling the recipient where
to find it.

Or use something like Dropload at http://www.dropload.com/

Check your setting in Outlook express and tell it to break messages larger
than X into pieces the size of Y.
This will break the message apart and the receiver will have to reassemble.

Send your self a 3meg file to demonstrate it to yourself and how to
reassemble so you can add these instructions for the recipient.

Good luck, Rich

The attachment will have to be encoded.
79 MB + 33 1/3% of 79 MB = 105.3 MB
105.3 / 3 = 35 emails.
If you do 3 meg + the encoding = 4 meg
79 / 3 = 26 emails.
If the email storage is 10 meg ,then you would have to delay sending all of
the emails which will be hard to do.

Upload to a Web site or snail mail.

How did you make it 79mb? Is this already compressed for emailing? If not,
then using higher compression and a smaller viewing size would help bring it
down in size. If it's already done the easiest way would be to upload it to
a web-site for download or posting it on cd. I dread to think even if your
recipient has yahoo how long it owuld take if they only use dial
up.................

ICQ and Yahoo and some other IM services will allow a transfer of
large files between two people.
I have transferred files as large as 700MB to friends thru ICQ
Yahoo's capacity is a bit smaller
What you can also use is FTP, you setup as a source and provide a
signon ID and pass for the recipient.

Correction about my MSN acct.; It will accept up to 20 mb messages, and 250
mb of storage.
You could spilt the movie into pieces with Windows Movie Maker.
The best way would be like Semper suggested, use 'File Transfer
Protocol'.,,,Jim
