Im thinking of getting a new computer pretty soon and i was just wondering if it was worth my while getting a 64 bit computer
I seen one on the pcworld.co.uk website for £1199.99
ADVENT 361
3200 amd athlon 64+
512 Mb ra
320 Gb HD
256 Mb graphic

i would be mostly using it for video editing and gaming
would it make much diference whether it was the 64 bit compared to a 32 bit chip with hyperthreading
Can anyone help me decide

First, IMO *never* step up to be the first in line for a new CPU. It is
just unwise until others have found the killer problems, if any.
Second, check Tom's Hardware for reviews of the chip and mainboard, if
any. www.tomshardware.com
