60 minuet internet kit

Hi
Sory if this has been duplicated. Is there anything like
to 60 minuet internet kit for windows 2003 or XP? Need
to create an Internet, for users to contribute documents
( also have internal news and BB)

Any idea's ? ( Currently provided by a 3rd party company
with us updating the pages in Dream Weaver)
