6.1 No alerts ! Is any solution?

I do not receive email alerts.If i want update i have to
sign out and in. To Jonathan Kay: I dont have
trayserver.exe.Is any other way to solve this problem?

There is an issue on the Messenger servers regarding some accounts not updating -- there's
nothing you can do about this at the moment.
