571 error when sendiung email -cant send emails

571 Remote sending only allowed with authentication!

appears when i am trying to send emails - please let me know how do i
correct this

Sounds like you might need to check your mail settings are setup as my
outgoing server SMTP requires authentication, then putting in the username
and password. To check go to Tools, Email Accounts, view or change existing
email accounts. Click next. Highlight the account then click on Change
then more settings. Then go to the Outgoing Server tab and tick SMTP
requires authentication, then enter username and password etc. Further help
is available if you google on 571 remote sending etc.
