550 could not open input/output error

I have been trying to upload a FP web page. The above error comes up when I
publish. I have changed servers and the new one isnt very helpfull either. I
dont need any BS answer or try this tutorial. I just want to publish my site
like I have done in the past, 1-2-3 done.
 
How are you uploading your site to the remote server and does the remote server have the FP
extensions installed?
