550 cert: permission denied

I can't figure why this message keeps popping up when I
try to publish my site. I had no problems publishing my
other site and the settings were the same. I am using
Front Page 2002.

please help,

550 indicates a permissions setting problem on the server.
Have your host check the permissions settings.
