5456: Mail freezing on Newsgroup retrevial

Any ideas? I can only download a few messages from my news provider
news.easynews.com. I had no problem in previous versions of Vista nor in
any other OS on my computer.

You are not alone. Many people have filed bugs about that behaviour. You
can join them on the Connect site and validate or file your own duplicate
bug.

Thanks, any ideas on a fix? What I find strange is it was an issue only in
this version. I'll login to connect and check it out.

All I can tell you is that the development team is aware of the problem and
is supposedly "working on it."
