quickie question

PC2100 is 133 mhz x2 = 266 mhz DDR,
PC2700 is 166 mhz x2 = 333 mhz DDR &
PC3200 is 200mhz x2 = 400 mhz DDR, right?

so how do you get 533 mhz DDR FSB? TIA

2 X 266.5

or if you are talking about 533MHz FSB Pentium 4's The FSB is 4 X 133 and is
not the same as the RAM speed.

That is 133MHz quad pumped to a FSB of 533MHz. Same as a 200HMz bus quad
pumpd to 800MHz FSB.

I have a Pentium 4 2.53GHz with a FSB of 133(baseline - not "quad pumped"),
now overclocked to 155 and the CPU @ 2.95GHz. The memory is running at
DDR310.

Beats me. The 533MHz FSB machines that I know of are QuadPumped -
i.e., 133Mhz x 4. And they're P4s.

Athlons use DDR FSBs.

133 x 4 = 533 MHz QDR (Quad speed)
