5308-64: KDC service - can't find file?

Vista Tester

There's a service named KDC which has no description, status, or startup
type under the services menu. When clicked, it says:

System can't find file.

Is this normal?
 
That service is only used for a subset of servers in a domain.
 
KDC stands for Key Distribution Center, used for domain based
authentication.
