I have reviewed all of posts but nothing seems to allow me to send email.

Please copy and paste the complete, unedited, error message to your reply
here.
530 error error #:0x800CCC78 tells us hardly enough.
 
When you post the error msg. as "mac" requested be sure to also tell us who
your email provider is (just the part after the "@" symbol in your
e-address).
