Not without you indicating more about your system hardware like:
Display type (CRT/LCD etc)
Video from motherboard or add on card
Brand and model of video accelerator chip set
Video cable type (VGA, DVI or other)
Are the lines together or evenly spaced if separate? Do they remain in
the same location if you change display resolutions (on CRT displays)?
Do the lines appear during the BIOS and POST (Power On Self Test)
screens at startup?
It would also be informative if you could try the computer with a
substitute display OR try the display (if a detachable one) on another
computer.
