5 users on vista home all use w/mail only admin. can rec. mail why

We have 5 users on vista home all 5 users can send on there account. the
problem is only the admin. account can receive any mail at all. Can anyone
help with this or can this even be done? Hamster

Do the other 4 users see an error message when they poll for mail?

Are they separate Vista user accounts, or child accounts of the main
account, in the user account?

Do you have the setting to leave 'a copy of messages on the server. selected
@ tools>accounts>select account>properties>advanced tab?
On all accounts.

The first account to poll for messages will clear the server, if not.

None of the users see a error message of any kind, these are all child
accounts not seperate ones. it's 11am on the w. coast and just selected to
leave a copy on the server will let you know how it works thank you,
hamster

That "leave copy on server" setting will have to be done on all 5 computers.
