auntie boo
I just started in this office. There are 5 workstations but only one general
e-mail address for the office. Currently, Outlook is set up w/ the same info
on each one, but that unfortunately means that everyone is downloading the
same info and nobody knows if a particular e-mail has been addressed unless
they check with everyone else. We have a flagging system figured out to use,
but that only shows up on the individual computer, of course. Is there a way
to have all workstations look at the same outlook.pst and have it still
available to have open on each? We have licenses for each 'puter, so
licensing shouldn't be a problem.
