452.4.5.3 Too many recipients

I am having the same problems as some of the other people. When I send e-mail
to more than 5 recipients I receive:

452.4.5.3 Too many recipients

I have contacted my email server (Sitemail) and they say they cannot
duplicate the problem and I should be able to send it out to up to 50
recipients at one time.

When I go directly to Sitemail, I can send email to a bunch of recipients
with no problem. Also, when I use my AOL account, I can also send email to a
bunch of recipients.

Can anyone help?

Despite what they're telling you, it is their limit. Outlook does not
impose a limit on the number of receipients. The message you're seeing is a
mail server message, from your ISP's server. That's where the limit is
being imposed.

It might also be helpful to examine the From address on the non-delivery
report to see whether it's coming from Sitemail or somewhere farther
downstream.

I have the same issue and the same error, BUT ONLY from my office computer. My computer at home, running the same version of Outlook and with the same ISP allows unlimited recipients. But at the office, 5 is the max.
