4 questions -missing gifs in slideshow, synchronize,arrows,unmatch

1) I have 2 photo galleries in my site and two are working fine, but the
..gif files are missing on the third one.

2) Do I need to synchronize each time I publish to the server

3) what are the blue arrows for in the web window

4) what does unmatched mean in the publish window

1) provide a url of the page w/ the missing images
2) no - just publish from one to the other
3) the arrows are for selected file publishing either way
4) unmatched means there is no matching file on the other side of the window (local or remote)
