4 minutes to load

Once I turn the computer on and its loaded I try and open IE, it takes 3 to 4
minutes to load the home page. I have tried to change it and that didn't
help. I have checked for viruses and nothing was found. I have reset all
settings and that didn't help. I did notice that when I go to task manager
that there are 2 IE running. I tried end task on one and that didn't help.
While the page is loading it appears to be frozen becasue I can't click any
buttons. In task manager it doesn't say not responding. But if I wait the 3-4
mins I can close it and reload it and it is normal.
I just installed SP2 to see if that was it and that didn't fix it. Firefox
works right from the start. Any ideas on where to start?

I fixed it. I check the DCOM error in the event viewer and it had to do with
the Google Toolbar. I uninstalled Google toolbar and eveything is fine.
