Hello, since today I'm having a hard time figuring out why when I try to install a trial version of a software (CorelDraw 12) at the end of the process a message tells me that the software couldn't be installed and asks me to try the setup process again. As a test, I installed other software and the setup process went right till the very end, giving me the message that the software's installation was ok, but when I went to Start > Programs there was nothing; I looked into the File Programs folder and nothing.
This is very strange.
Can somebody here please provide some advise? Thank You.

Javier.

Javier.

I had a similar problem a while back.
Also copying files from CD to HDD would result in a corrupt file or fall
over half way through the copy.
Turns out I had a dodgy stick of RAM.
May be a million miles from your problem but something to keep in the back
of your mind before anything drastic such as reformatting etc
