3rd Party ActiveX problem

I have a Win2k3 AD domain. We are implementing document
imaging and the imaging company's image viewer is an
ActiveX control. The ActiveX control is stored on a
Win2k3 server. The Windows XP and 2k computers on the
domain cannot download this control from the Win2k3
server. What do I need to do to get this to work?

Without further information it's almost impossible to answer your question.

Is the control on a web page or a file share?

What errors do your clients get?

This may be as simple as adding the server to the Trusted Sites zone of
Internet Explorer on the client machines.
