Hello Please Help.
I had something called 3D Audio (possibly 3D Audio Config?) in my system
tray, which had various ways of setting up my speakers from generic to
others, and images of where the speakers were, room size etc. it came with
Windows.
I was adjusting settings for it and then for some reason I exited the
program, and now it doesn't appear in my system tray even after restart and
full turn off / on again. I've searched for the program in search, looked
through program files and cannot find this program anywhere. How can i get it
back? my speakers sound rubbish!
Thanks

Hi Brian
The only thing that shows up in the add/remove programs is C-Media High
Definition Audio driver, but i can't click on it or anything.

Gary

cmicnfg.cpl is the C-Media 3D Audio Configuration control panel applet.

Paste this into Start | Run and click OK...

RunDll32.exe cmicnfg.cpl,CMICtrlWnd

Launches the C-Media 3D Audio Configuration control panel applet. If that
works, find cmicnfg.cpl on yourmachine and create a shortcut to it.

Or try Start | Run | Type: cmicnfg.cpl | Click OK.
