32 bit Color Problem

I set my color to 32-bit but after I go and play Counter Strike, it gets
automatically reset to 16-bit, how can I change this so I do not have to keep
setting it back manually?

You most likely can't if that program resets the 32 bit to 16. All you can
do is to complain to the organization that wrote it.

Small hint - if counterstrike breaks it, then check the manufacturer's
website for a fix, or live with it, or don't play it - 3 choices.
