up tp yesterday i was using this system to open , transfer and read my 3 1/2
floppys, but just today the system does not want to open one of my disk. Have
a message saying the disk need to be formated, or make sure that I have a
disk on my A drive.
Why all was perfect up to yesterday, and why I can not open this floppy
again, what I can do?

Only one of the floppy diskettes cannot be read?
If so - the problem is fairly obvious... the floppy diskette is dead.

It happens. Floppy diskettes are not exactly "durable media". My
suggestion is to start using CD-RW/DVD+/-RW. Although - I don't suggest
trusting anything to just one copy.

Up till yesterday, my car tire held air and all was fine. Today, I got
a flat tire. What happened? Answer: Shit happens!

Assuming your floppy disk didn't wear out and your floppy drive is not
broken, try blowing some canned air into the drive slot and rearrange
the dust inside the drive. If that doesn't work, try reading another
floppy. If you can't read any floppies, the drive probably died.

your floppy disk died...
it's that simple

Floppy diskettes are not the most reliable form of storage.. before saving
to a floppy, format it first.. watch the format process, and if you detect
any stalling in the process, dump the diskette..

For your unreadable diskette, try it in another system, and if perchance it
reads ok, copy the contents off immediately and transfer to another known
good floppy..

RW anything are not a good choice for reliable backup. See:

"Written CD-RW discs do not meet Red Book or Orange Book Part II standards
for prerecorded or recordable CDs (e.g. reduced signal levels).
Consequently, CD-RWs cannot be read in CD-ROM drives built prior to 1997.
CD-R is considered a better technology for archival purposes as disc
contents cannot be modified and manufacturers claim greater longevity."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CD-RW

"This is further complicated by the fact that is nearly impossible to
unformat a disc formatted specifically for packet writing thus rending it
unusable in computers that do not have support for the proprietary mode."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Packet-writing

and

"Why your computer might not read a particular UDF disk"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Disk_Format

A memory stick is definitely the way to go in my opinion. In fact, the more
I think about it, the less justification I can find for using CD-RW at all.
Although - I don't suggest trusting anything to just one copy.

Can't argue with that!
