2nd user cant surf the Net

I have two machines connected to the internet via a hub (3Com) both machines
have a "Admin" and a "Student" account. The "Admin" account on both machines
can reach the net but the "student" accounts cant.

Whats strange is that I recently set up a printer so both computers can
share the same printer and it works. I did not verify that the "student"
account had access to the printer or not.

Im using Windows XP SP2 on both machines.

Well it looks like I wasnt using XP Pro after all, I was using XP Home on
these two particular machines. I should have realized that by going into my
Start menu>My Computer> right click on My Computer and choose Properties it
tells you youre using XP Home or XP Pro. If you dont know XP Home is not what
you want to use if you want a "real" network. After installing XP Pro
everything is working correctly, now I can work on networking Mac's and XP
Pro lol.
