2nd modem does not work in RAS

Hi,

I configured a windows 2000 RAS server for vpn and dial up. Everything works great except one thing. My 2nd modem does not work. I have 2 seperate lines coming into 2 seperate modems, both of which are external usb. One line that is one com3 works great. The other on com1 does not work. It will ring and get a good tone, but will not pick up. Do I need a modem bank or something. What am I doing wrong, this is urgent.

Did you setup the 2nd modem in RRAS?

The modem much be configured and turned into an "INTERFACE" then
added to IP etc.
