Hi All:
I posted a message just a few minutes ago, but it doesn't
appear anywhere. I will try again.
This is for Office XP, specifically Word XP.
When a User sends a document to be viewed by another User
with unaccepted tracked changes, opening the document adds
the "Reviewing" toolbar to the recipient's selected
toolbars. Thinking it wouldn't permanently change the
toolbar selection for the recipient, I had them reopen
Word, and it did permanently change the Reciepient's
toolbar selection to add that one. The recipient does not
want this added to their toolbar selection. How do you
prevent this from happening? I find nothing in the
Knowledgebase about this and I am sure that the toolbar
selection is not part of Normal.dot even though to delete
Normal.dot would delete all customized toolbars. I'm
stumped. Please help, this doesn't happen in Office 2000.
Thanks,Connie
