2nd Account cannot access internet

I have two accounts on my computer. The original account is working
correctly, but when I switch users, I can connect to the internet but I keep
receiving the error "Cannot find server". Both accounts have been working
fine until about
two days ago.
Can anyone help? I've checked everything I can think of and so far everything
looks fine.
