no internet on limited account

i had a limited account for the kids and everything was fine ,, kids stopped
useing the pc so i closed the account,,,no my daughter wants to go back on
the pc so i set up limited acc againg , but there is no internet connection
there ,,i run zone alarm and when trying to connection to internet zone
alarm asks allow or deny wll login proxy.exe. what dose this mean .. i an
using windows xp sp2 and running ie7 can anyone ofer info on this please

Hi Mar,
First about Za alert:
It is normal for ZA alarm to alert you that this Program/Application is
trying to use the Internet, so there is no worry unless the Prog is not
recognized by you?.

To your Daughter:
If you are the Admin then try this:
Open a run command and type in:
gpedit.msc click [OK]
On the Group Policy click on User configuration then Administrative
Templates :
[&] System
[-] Internet Communication

[&] Network
[-] Network Connection

Do your changes there to allow connection or prohibit connection.
Or you can Copy and paste the Connection to the user Folder.
