I've just upgrade my memory from 1 gb to 2gb, my bios saids that i've 2gb,
the PC diagnostic tool from toshiba saids that i've 2gb but windows saids
i've 1gb. I tried to change in msconfig --> advanced but I can't increase the
memory control above 1023 mb.
The OS is Windows Vista Home Premium.

Please any ideas about it???

Where, in Vista, is it telling you that you have only 1 gig of RAM?

Hi Richard, and thanks for your quickness, I solve the problem as follows, in
the msconfig utility advance you can set the max mamory to use, I can't
increase it over a 1gb, but the i tryed to disable the max option and in the
next boot i've my 2gb in vista.

thanks and bye
