2D Drawing Tool recommendation plse

Hi,
what program would you guys recommend for drawing of floor plans and garden
layout. Not to fancy, I just want a visual layout of my property with some
dimensions. Preferably something with a library for walls, doors, fences,
pathways exc. and use the metric system.
I saw some on the Pricelessware website, but do not know which one to DL and
try. I used SmartDraw (not freeware) a long time ago.

To an earlier question someone recommended room arranger, I downloaded it

be sure to check the site out there are examples of propertys with gardens,
objects to download, etc. It's 2d yes but coolest part is you can produce
3d file easily.
