24search or start portal

can anyone tell me howq to get rid of this as it keeps
disconnecting me and dialing there own website ie
startportal or 24 search ive tried system detective and
norton wipe it deletes the files of my pc but when i log
back in there in my files and on my pc again

Adaware and Spybot.
 
Try Webroot Spysweer. It will quarantine or get rid of a
lot of hijack browser material. Also try HijackThis. Hope
this helps.
