2007 Outlook-Opening attachments prompt

Evertime i click to open Word Doc attachment, i get a promt asking me to open
the file or save to my computer.
Is there a way to eliminate the promt becuase i work with hundeeds of
attachments each day?

Did you (or the admin) set a reg key for Level1Remove for the document file
type? You do not want to add file types that are not normally blocked to
the registry.

Honestly, i don't understanding reg keys and wouldn't know how to do that
anyhow.
99% of my received attachments are normal MS Word docs.
