2007 Home and Student licenses

I am considering purchasing a copy of Office 2007 Home and Student. I know I
am allowed to install it on three devices, but I am wondering about XP's fast
user switching.

Will multiple users logged into on one machine at the same time count
against multiple licenses?

My instinct tells me it'll count as one device and one license, but I don't
want to buy it and run out of licenses due to multiple activations by each
user.

You activate it per machine and not per user.
Note that Home and Student doesn't contain Outlook (and then notice the
newsgroup you are posting in ;-))

Thanks for the quick response. Regarding the newsgroup, I misread it. I
thought this was "Office Install and Setup".
