2007 Customize Outlook Today

I am having an error trying to customize the outlook today screen, It gives
me an active x block but when I say allow it still does not allow it. Also I
have to restart outlook in order to get my outlook today page back. When I
use the customize button I noticed that the path to find my outlook today
disappears. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried right clicking on the Outlook Today icon in your Navigation
Bar and on the Home Page tab, click restore default.
